A blueberry twist on a classic pomegranate martini.
The other night I was out to eat with a friend and I saw a Santorini Martini on special for the night. I had to ask the waitress about it. Turns out it was a blueberry pomegranate martini. Yum! Of course I had to order it then figure out how to make it at home.
Because I never can just share one cocktail recipe, I am sharing 5 today. Stay until the end to learn about 5 cocktails that are perfect for Summer.
Blueberry Pomegranate Martini
A twist on the classic pomergranate martini
Makes: One martini
- 2 oz Pama
- 1oz Blueberry Vodka
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/4 of a lime juiced
- Add all ingredients to your martini shaker over ice.
- Shake vigourously for about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a martini glass, serve cold, garnish with fresh blueberries, lime or an orange twist.
Now sometimes martinis are a little too strong since its basically just alcohol. You can modify this recipe by adding some pomegranate juice before shaking or after you shake you can stir in some seltzer (don't shake the seltzer in the shaker).
