I am having so much fun trying out new cocktails each week and this might be my best one yet! A Watermelon Agua Fresca. Agua what?! Well I didn't even know what an Agua Fresca was until this week. All I knew was that I wanted to use watermelon and the new bottle of tequila I had just picked up. Honestly I had thought I made this drink up until I did some researchRead More

If you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain! Or if you just like pina coladas AND milkshakes! Well I love both and so does my mom. She came over last weekend with the brilliant idea of making Pina Colada Milkshakes to feature on week 3 of the Summer Sippers series.Read More
In the past year I have really started to become obsessed with seltzer. I stopped drinking soda and most juice at home and naturally seltzer was the next best thing, especially if it was Polar seltzer. Have your tried their summer flavors?!? (I am in no way affiliated with them I am just a big fan). I am also a big fan of spiked seltzers so why not put my own twist on that at home? Today I am sharing a super easy recipe for a Strawberry Lemonade Fizz.Read More
If there's one thing I am known for it's my sangria recipe. I've been using the same recipe since college. My friends and I had perfected the base recipe and now we all have our own slight spin on it as adults. I recently made a large batch for my birthday and I just knew I had to share this perfect summertime drink. I may have a motive for sharing this recipe. I am often asked to make it for parties or family gatherings or I am asked how I make it and now I can just tell them to check the site ;)Read More
Recently it was my friends birthday and she loves pallet signs. So it seemed like a no brainer to make her one. She recently bought a house in the coastal beach town of Bristol, RI. Now if you live in Bristol you are proud of it especially in the summer. The town is known nationally as the oldest 4th of July celebration celebrating since 1785. The oldest continuous celebration of it's kind.
Also it's the second Monday of the month. You know what that means right? It's the Silhouette Challenge! This months theme is Summer so make sure you stick around until the end for 14 Summer projects all made from a Silhouette!Read More
Today I am sharing my favorite cold brew iced coffee recipe that can be made in a mason jar. Some may say that I am an iced coffee or maybe just coffee (in general) addict. Any where I travel I am always on the hunt for a local coffee shop. I think part of this is the coffee shop culture since I freelanced for so long and when I was in grad school that is where the majority of my work took place. Now in all these travels to coffeehouses I have developed a love for cold brew iced coffee.Read More
