Let's face it my Mac Book Pro has seen better days. This guy in the last 4+ years has been put through the ringer. He has trekked from Massachusetts to Georgia to France back to Georgia and then back to Massachusetts. He has also endured a year and a half of non stop use in grad school and the constant travel to my freelance clients. Sometimes he doesn't even get turned off for months. So considering all of that I think I would be a little beat up and dirty too.Read More
Now I have had my Silhouette since October of 2013 and I am still using the original mat and I am a heavy user of my machine. I use it 3 or more times a week. You can take a corner shelf that was left outside in someones yard, which they gave to you for free, and with windex, elbow grease, a little sanding and some paint it can be better than new. Windex will remove dirt, grease and oil build up its a great first step in prepping a project.Read More
I don't normally write about cleaning but coffee stains drive me absolutely crazy. I come from a family of coffee drinkers. We all have our own Tervis Tumblers and use them multiple times a day always looking for a caffeine refill.
We have one tumbler that just seems to soak up all the coffee. It is almost impossible to clean even in the dishwasher.Read More
